Physical appearance[]
The 10,000 Volt Ghost is a pear-shaped, orange electrical mass with two arms and two legs. Blue sparks surround the edges of its body.
Personality[]
The 10,000 Volt Ghost doesn't have much of a personality, they attack and are rather basic, and the only thing they say is "Ouch" when hurt.

History[]
The 10,000 Volt Ghost are animatronics made by Monstrous Fright and Magic using a mubber skin. Scooby-Doo can encounter these haywire animatronics at the Undersea exhibit and in the DS version the Dinosaur exhibit.

- He is based on 10,000 Volt Ghost from the The Scooby-Doo Show episode Watt a Shocking Ghost.
- Its unknown how it's robotic body appears when it appears from electrical platforms.
- In the DS version of the game their completely blue for unknown reasons this could imply that the DS version is a different enemy using the same model.
