On and off I've been thinking about the importance of Laff-a-Lympics in cartoon and comic form. With Scooby headlining it seemed justified, but it has very little to do with Scooby. If anything it should've been called Yogi's Laff-a-Lympics. That would've made more sense, especially the comic, which has next to nothing to do with Scooby and Shaggy, if the cartoon had anything more to do with them.
I vote to just remove the episode pages, issues, and comic stories. Maybe rename Laff-a-Lympics to Scooby's Laff-a-Lympics, so we at least cover it in some way, and basically treat it as apocryphal until WB makes some convincing argument that its canon.
Scooby and Shaggy are on the covers of Laff-a-Lympics, so maybe not to lose out on that do something unique with the Laff-a-Lympics (Marvel Comics) page as a one-off, by adding all the covers on that page?
Also, keeping the Laff-a-Lympics page. Have all the contests and results from each episode.
Keep the Scooby Doobies, Yogi Yahooeys, and Really Rottens. But not having a page for each of the members, unless entirely necessary, mostly for characters who have appeared elsewhere like Speed Buggy and Captain Caveman.
The Laff-a-Lympics franchise just seems way unjustified, and I'm fed up with covering it for the sake of it.
